The health, wellbeing and safety of our customers has always been important to us. However, now with the COVID-19 outbreak, we are doubling our efforts and doing our part to prevent spread of the virus.We would like to assure you that we are taking all the precautions and measurements necessary to keep both you and staff safe throughout the day.
- We have committed to:
- Sanitise workstations, equipment and touchpoints after each client.
- Use a face mask and fresh gloves for each client.
- Use a freshly laundered towel with a disposable gown per client.
- Boil wash and UV sanitise all Hot Towels and only use once per client as per normal practice.
- Provide 2 metre distancing in our waiting area (unless a family appointment).
- Temporarily suspend our walk in service until further notice.
- Contactless payment available.
- Please support us by:
- Remaining in your car or outside until your exact appointment time.
- Ensuring you only bring children who have an appointment.
- Giving plenty of notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.
- Using the provided hand sanitiser on arrival or wear your own disposable gloves.
- Finally being vigilant and to not attend your appointment should you feel unwell.
